Sign ups are handled online via Wodboard. You can sign up at anytime and receive instant access to class programming and the gym itself (subject to opening hours).
Be aware that you will have to undergo a induction before being allowed to use the Recovery Box.

Yes, absolutely. We don’t believe in long-term contracts, so all of our memberships are on a monthly-rolling basis. That means you can cancel anytime before your next payment and we’ll stop it going through (minimum of 24 hours notice required).
Cancellations are quick and easy - simply send us an email/message and we will sort everything from our side. When you cancel you will not be charged again.

You must be at least 16 years old to be able to sign up and train by yourself.
Those who are younger than 16 (and older than 13) are also welcome to train - provided they are fully supervised by a guardian or parent and permission has been directly granted by us. In such cases we usually recommend they attend classes along with a parent/guardian where they can also benefit from the supervision of a qualified coach.

Of course! We are strong believers in ‘try before you buy’ and we’re always happy to chat and discuss your training needs if you want to reach out to us directly, or chat to the coach before/after your trial class.
Free trials are not permitted for the Open gym.

We currently program four types of classes; Crossfit, Sweat, Team, and Crossfit Competitive Extra (CX). These regularly scheduled classes are free to book for everyone on the Affiliate membership.
CrossFitThese classes form the bulk of our offering and receive the majority of our investment. The classes usually consist of a warm up, dedicated coaching time and finally the workout itself. Our coaches are all CrossFit qualified.
Sweat
Our Sweat classes are programmed to give you the best possible workout in a short, intense 50 mins. It is suitable for all levels of gym goer.
Team
This is still technically a CrossFit class but is designed to be done with two or more athletes working together. This is our biggest class so consider it ‘organised-chaos’.
It is however relaxed and fun and is brilliant for meeting other members of the community. We have partnered with a local coffee shop for any members who want to join for a coffee and a chat afterwards.
Crossfit CX
This specialised class is largely the same as the programmed Crossfit class, however, with additional time spent on skills, other coaching, or another workout. It is designed for athletes who are aiming towards competing.Misc.
We often run classes and workshops which in addition to the regularly scheduled classes. These are planned on an ad-hoc basis but are available to all to book in via Wodboard

The gym is open from 05:00 - 23:00. Walk-ins are not permitted. Please contact us before showing up.
Our social media and all contact channels are monitored from 09:00-17:00 daily.
For security purposes and the safety of our members, external and internal CCTV is under constant surveillance.

The Recovery Box is our in-house state of the art recovery facility which is open to all of our members on the `Affiliate` membership.
This private room boasts a regulated ice bath and a traditional Finnish sauna - so you can revitalise your body by utilising hot and cold therapy. All Recovery Box sessions are set at a full 35 minutes with some time in between bookings to allow for gathering things and exiting.

Our door is always open to visitors because we know what it is like to be out of country and not have access to a gym or CrossFit facilities.
Our policy with guests is that we don’t charge any set fees but they are welcome to put something in the jar if they so wish. We meet in person the first time (because it’s always good to get a chat) then can give you a code for access to the door - or even get you booked in to any of our classes*. Just remember, we don’t take walk-ins so be sure to reach out to us here.

Absolutely. Please book into the scheduled Open Gym sessions but don’t feel obligated to stick to the timetable slots rigidly - we are not that strict! Just as long as you clear the gym before the next class begins.
Also feel free to train in whatever style you see fit. One of the great benefits of CrossFit allows us to have facilities and equipment for all different types of training.
